Prepare a sink branding brief

Use this checklist when the product configuration is already selected and you need to review the logo, product marking or packaging identity. A brand name alone does not define the artwork, position or finished appearance.

Specify the logo and its position

• Provide the reference model, finish and order quantity.
• Send a vector artwork file if available, or a clear reference image for review.
• Mark the proposed location on a product drawing or photograph, with the intended dimensions and orientation.
• Identify any wording, model code or label that must remain visible.

Marking method and feasibility depend on the model, surface and artwork. Review a proof or agreed sample before production; do not assume the same result across every finish.

Check product and carton details separately

• Confirm which marks belong on the product and which belong on the carton or manual.
• Supply the approved brand spelling, model identifiers and any buyer-provided barcode data.
• Confirm language, artwork version, print position and packaging requirements.
• Agree what proof or sample needs approval and who is responsible for approving it.

Do not add certification marks without confirming that the selected product and authorised use are covered. Branding, packaging changes and related costs are quoted separately from the catalogue configuration.

How should branding requirements be submitted?

Send the model number, selected finish, quantity, artwork and a marked-up location reference. Include carton or manual artwork if those items also need your brand. State any approval deadline so the quotation can identify outstanding decisions.
